What does my Leader’s Weekly subscription include?
Leader’s Weekly includes a live, 30-minute online presentation followed by a live, 30-minute Question and Answer session every week. Sessions are held every Monday at 12 p.m. Eastern. While the sessions are primarily hosted by Chris Mygatt and delivered by Chris Leader, we may feature other real estate experts, topics, and technology experts throughout the year. 

How do I get onto the weekly sessions?
Leader’s Weekly sessions are only available to active subscribers. All sessions are delivered using Zoom. You will need a device capable of running Zoom and a reliable internet connection to participate.  You will get a Zoom invite email on the Monday morning before the session with your unique link to access the session. One user per meeting link. 

How do I ask questions in the live sessions?
While logged into the Leader’s Weekly session, type your question(s) into the Q&A section of Zoom. We will try to answer all questions during the live session, but if time runs out and your questions aren’t answered, you can send your question to mygatt@leccoach.com and we will answer your question as soon as possible. 

Where do I watch the recording if I missed the live session?
To watch the recording of the most recent session, log in to your Leader’s Weekly account. The video should appear on your main account page or click on the “Videos” link on navigation menu. Sessions are uploaded into your account by noon the day after the live session (Tuesday) and will remain available until the next recording is uploaded the following Tuesday. 

How long do I have access to the recording for?
Recordings are available for one week after the original Leader’s Weekly session and are only available to active subscribers through their Leader’s Weekly account. You are prohibited from downloading or copying the recordings and/or recording the live sessions. 

Is there a private Facebook Group for Leader’s Weekly subscribers?
Not yet. We’re working on setting up a private Facebook Group for active subscribers and you’ll receive an invitation when the group is ready. If this is something you have interest in, let us know. 

How do I manage my subscription, including updating contact information and credit card details?
Log in to your Leader’s Weekly account.

  • To change your name and password, click the “Account Details” link on the navigation menu.
  • To update your billing address, click the “Addresses” link on the navigation menu.
  • To use a different credit card for your subscription payment, click the “Payment Methods” link on the navigation menu.

How do I change my subscription?
You can switch between a monthly subscription (pay month to month), a semi-annual subscription (pay once every 6 months), and an annual subscription (pay once per year). To change your subscription, log in to your Leader’s Weekly account. Click the “My Subscription” link on the navigation menu. Click the “Upgrade/Downgrade” button, choose your new subscription type from the dropdown menu, and click “Switch subscription.” The payment for your new subscription will happen once your current subscription expires. 

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your Leader’s Weekly account. Click the “My Subscription” link on the navigation menu. Click the “Cancel” button to cancel your subscription. You will have access to the Leader’s Weekly sessions and recordings until the end of your existing subscription period.

Where do I find receipts for my payment?
When you subscribe to Leader’s Weekly, you get an email receipt and invoice for your payment. Save and file them for your tax records. If you do not have those emails then log in to your Leader’s Weekly account. Click the “Orders” link on the navigation menu. All of your payments will be listed. Click the “View” button next to the payment and print the page.

How can I buy a Leader’s Weekly subscription for someone else?
At this time, we’re not set up to take gift subscriptions through the Leader’s Weekly site, but we’re working on it. If you’d like to purchase a subscription for someone then please call the Leader’s Edge Coaching office at 866.607.7999.

What if I’m looking for more personal, one-on-one coaching?
Leader’s Edge Coaching offers one-on-one coaching with experienced coaches who have at least 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
